Welcome and thank you for visiting Mobile-Knowledge.com.

Two thousand & seven turned out to be everything we expected at Mobile Knowledge. Continued top and bottom line growth and significant product evolution have solidified the company's position as a leading supplier to the For Hire industry. We exceeded our expectations of substantially increasing our revenues for the fiscal year. The deployment of 5000 passenger facing point of sale kiosks dubbed the "Passenger Information Monitor", or ("PIM") has revolutionized the passenger experience within New York City's yellow taxi fleet, and has emerged as an exciting opportunity for other mobile kiosk applications including buses and taxicabs outside of New York City. The PIM's rich content presentation capabilities offer numerous revenue opportunities for all stakeholders including Drivers, Owners and Fleet Operators.

Since refocusing exclusively upon For Hire in 2003, Mobile Knowledge has experienced more than 300% revenue growth, integrated two leading host dispatch applications, and introduced three brand new Mobile Data Terminals. Our strong financial performance has allowed us to expand our R&D activities to introduce numerous enhancements to both the Cabmate and XDS dispatch software applications, further adding to the strength and scope of our product offering.

What does 2008 hold in store for the company?

As always, Mobile Knowledge will continue to evolve its core products, while at the same time introducing advanced capabilities into our solution mix. First among these will be a robust scheduling and routing engine that will allow fleet operators to manage the complex matter of Shared Ride (Multiple pick-up and multiple drop-off) work that has traditionally been a manual, labor intensive and inflexible process. This feature is being developed as a clear response to the market's trend towards Full Service Transportation. Also, in response to a growing demand for end-to-end back office systems, Mobile Knowledge has just released our driver cashiering system and web-booking engine.

It should go without saying, that I, the Board of Directors, and Company as a whole have our valued Clients to thank for our on-going success. Your positive referrals, innovative ideas, and continued business have allowed us to build an unparalleled suite of products and assemble a team of domain experts that is uniquely equipped to respond to the needs of the industry.

At the same time, we recognize that no single company can be all things to all people, and have therefore developed interfaces to enable third party solution providers to interact with the XDS and Cabmate databases in real-time, putting the power of business process improvement in your hands.

Strategic partnerships with other companies committed to the For-Hire market allow clients to select best of breed solutions to their Dispatch and Back Office requirements with confidence.
