Mr. Mick Chawner
President and Chief Exeuctive Officer

As President & Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chawner sets corporate direction and establishes strategic objectives. Mr. Chawner also oversees all areas of the Company's operations. Mr. Chawner has an extensive background in hi-tech with over 20 years of cumulative experience in the broad issues of running hi-tech companies including the development of new markets and sales channels, creating an innovative product vision and building first class management teams. He has most recently been providing a range of consulting services to high-tech companies, including preparing for a first round of VC funding and detailed technical advice on establishing a sophisticated product for customer release.

From June 1997 to November 2001 Mr. Chawner was the CEO of iMPath Networks growing the company from $3M to $13.6M in revenues. During this period Mr Chawner led three financing rounds, raising over $20M in Venture Capital funding. In the same period Mr Chawner led two acquisitions, one in Canada and the other in the UK. Prior to becoming the President & CEO at iMPath, Mr Chawner served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Gandalf Technologies Inc. Prior to Gandalf, Mr. Chawner served as Vice President of Network Engineering and Vice President of R&D at Newbridge Networks Corporation, a world-renowned manufacturer of network communications products. He has conducted R&D in companies such as Bell-Northern Research (BNR), Mitel Corporation, and British Telecom.

Mr. Ross Morgan
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Morgan was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2002 and was subsequently appointed Treasurer by the Board of Directors. With over 15 years experience in financial management, Mr. Morgan's background includes senior roles with Ernst & Young, Plaintree Systems, and Loran International Technologies Inc. In his most recent position, he was responsible for Canadian Finance and Operations at Peregrine Systems, Inc., overseeing 170 employees and 6 subsidiaries. Mr. Morgan holds B.A. and M.Acc. degrees as well as a CA designation.

Mr. Kevin French
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. French has an extensive background in transportation solutions with over 19 years of experience in building and delivering taxi, black car, limo, transit, and para-transit systems including the large scale deployment of a 12,000 vehicle taxi system operated by the world's largest privately held taxi company.

Mr. French joined Gandalf in 1985 as a software designer and has held progressively more senior R&D positions through to the level of VP, Application Software for Sigem. In late 2002, Mr. French decided to leverage his knowledge of the transportation industry by taking on the product management role. Mr. French graduated from St. Lawrence College in 1985 with an Electronics Engineering Technologist degree and in 2002 obtained his Executive Master of Business Administration and Master of Management (eMBA and MM) from Lansbridge University and the American Graduate School of Management.
