President's Message
Welcome and thank you for visiting Mobile-Knowledge.com. As the disappointing economic headlines around the world continue to reverberate through people's everyday lives, we at Mobile Knowledge remain confident and even optimistic about the upcoming year. We are predicting a growth year in our core for-hire business due in large part to the dominant positions of our clients within their respective markets! We have been encouraged and even a little surprised at the resiliency of our customers. Many are predicting stronger than normal performance for 2009 and are taking advantage of Mobile Knowledge technology to go out and take over less streamlined competitors. Our investment into support for the latest public data networks and advanced Internet style connectivity has and is enabling our customers to offer dispatch services for disparate, less-efficient fleets from right next door to 1000's of miles away. Our committed openness towards strategic partnerships and best-of-breed solutions for customers continues to be one of Mobile Knowledge's core values. We believe that our clients have the right to pick-and-choose from a variety of vendor solutions. This gives our customers access to the latest technologies while allowing them to leverage their existing investment in Mobile Knowledge infrastructure. Our customers continue to push the technology envelope by evolving and improving their own driver and passenger experiences with solutions built around revolutionary cellular advancements like the Blackberry and iPhone platforms and text messaging. We are presently busy preparing for our upcoming XDS and Cabmate advanced training sessions. These events have turned into invaluable opportunities for Mobile Knowledge to not only train our community of users in best practices and new functionality, but also to listen and learn what is important in their daily operations. We base the majority of our future R&D investments and priorities on the feedback we receive at these sessions. We are always amazed at the resourcefulness of our customers and how they use and deploy our technology!
