Ottawa, Canada, August 17, 2007 - Mobile Knowledge ("MKC") extends a warm welcome to Total Transit Inc. ("TTI") of Phoenix Arizona as the newest member of the Cabmate user community. Total Transit has entered into contracts to deploy the Cabmate Host Dispatch and Call Center application along with the Series 2000 Mobile Data Terminal to operate its fleet of more than 400 vehicles. Both conventional Private Mobile Radio and Public Data Networks will be leveraged for wireless communications to the vehicles.

Total Transit is a highly-regarded fleet operator servicing both the greater Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas as Discount Cab. The company is widely credited with having one of the most impressive operations amongst the members of the Taxi Limousine and Paratransit Association (TLPA). The new Cabmate system will include advanced features such as Internet Booking and Real-Time Business Metrics, as well as Auto Calltaker and Auto Callout. The system will be complemented by the cashless payment solution offered by CabConnect of Chicago, Illinois under their CardOne program.
