Mobile Knowledge Welcomes Palmetto Dispatch of South Carolina

Raises the Bar for Dispatch Efficiency & Customer Service

Ottawa, Canada, December 18, 2007 - Mobile Knowledge ("MKC") is pleased to extend a warm welcome to Palmetto Dispatch as the latest fleet operator to adopt the eXpert Dispatch Software ("XDS") and the Series 2000 MDT. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Palmetto Dispatch provides dispatch services to Checker Yellow Car's fleet of 100 Vehicles. Checker Yellow has a legacy of 75 years in operation, providing mixed modal transportation services to Columbia and the surrounding area.

XDS offers best in class features including advanced Dispatch Methods, Account Management and an open interface to all manner of third party software. The Series 2000 is a proven, rugged field computer designed to meet the requirements of the taxi environment. Together, the Series 2000 and XDS dispatch software seamlessly connect drivers to the Call Center, providing real-time data exchange, cashless payment processing and comprehensive business metrics.

The System will leverage the GPRS data service offered by AT&T Wireless to exchange information between the vehicles and call center, providing unparalleled coverage and leaving the company's Private Mobile Radio channels available for voice communications. The Company's new Nortel telephone system will automatically recognize existing clients, dramatically reducing the time required to process a reservation.
